Résumé :	Cette étude a examiné la contribution du tabac et de l'alcool à la mortalité en Finlande entre 1991 et 1993 sur la population agé de 15 ans et plus. Cette étude confirme le rôle important de ces deux modes de consommation comme un mécanisme contribuant à la différence de mortalité entre les hommes et les femmes en Finlande.
