Résumé :	Several E.U. Member States have implemented laws restricting smoking or regulating non-smokers protection in places where food and drinks are sold. From one State to another, these laws are adhered to and enforced to a different degree. The present project consisted in making a survey on the social, cultural and economical impact of non-smokers protection measures in countries where such laws have been implemented (Belgium, Finland and France) and in countries where no such laws exist (Germany and Spain) as perceived by the owners or leaseholders of bars and restaurants.
